Welcoming ANEW

Today we are pleased to welcome some new friends to the Tyneside Welcomes: Amnesty North East Welcomes (ANEW) will be joining our group!

When we first started out, we never imagined we'd grow so quickly. One thing that doesn't surprise us, however, is how full of love and acceptance people in the North East can be. ANEW started out as a group of members of Amnesty International who wanted to sponsor a family through the Community Sponsorship scheme.

We are so proud to welcome them to the Tyneside Welcomes family, and we look forward to supporting and working with them as they sponsor their own family.
