Gosforth Welcomes branch held a fundraising Music Night on 22 October at St. Aidan's Community Centre in Gosforth. It was a sell-out event and featured music from 'Belle Skies', 'Nicky's Musical Menagerie' and 'Black n Blue.' We are grateful to all three acts who donated their time and talent free of charge to support us.
There was a spectacular raffle with amazing prizes and several luxury hampers (all of which were donated by our fabulous group members.)
The dance floor was full. The attendees were generous. A great night was had by all.
Final totals need to be checked but it looks like over £1700 was raised. Well done Gosforth Branch. Thanks to everyone who helped make it such a success.
